Good to see the draft will start on the Friday, like we said would be a great idea.
Friday (weekend) + excitement of draft + active and present GMs, we could be over with the 1st round of the draft inside the weekend. This is going to be epic. And estimating it out, we could be starting the regular season by 20-25 September. 5-6 weeks. Much better than the 10 weeks last time took.

Please tentative timeline for rest of the offseason depeding on 3rd round end date. If we do nto get the 3rd round complete today likely this moves to Friday but rest of the schedule remains.

Not a big deal but isn't there a separate training camp sim usually between FA 10 and Preseason 1?

copied from slack, modified sim idea based on @Lions - st0nfacd original sim adjustments:
Friday 18th - FA 10
Saturday 19th - Training Camp
Monday 21st - PS1
Wednesday 23rd - PS2
Friday 25th - Cutting sim hard cap
Sunday 27th - Regular Season sim 1

Keeps on every other day sim schedule until regular season other than the training camp sim which everyone should mostly already have the training set up except for a few newly signed players.

I can’t believe the Offseason started August 14th. That is long. Over a month without games. 😳

The offseason is a long period of time. But was sped up a huge amount this year. 6 weeks to get 10 free agency Sims 2 preseason 1 coach hire and a 7 round draft of which 3 rounds are forum based is not bad ;)

Much better than last season for sure. Felt like 2 months last time.
